His responsibilities included the following for example:  

 

• Conduct gas explosion and incident field investigations

• Field inspections of propane and natural gas pipeline incidents and fires

• Preparation & review of rules associated with propane and natural gas

• Review violations of Federal & State pipeline regulations

• Prepare comprehensive incident reports

Bill joined NatGas Consulting over a year ago, and has been an excellent addition to our team! He has extensive references available from around the industry and is accepting new cases for review as the potential expert.

​

Bill also has had an extensive career with the Boston Fire Dept. retiring last year as a Lieutenant with the Arson Squad.
